Yoder Storage Barns is a family-run Weather King dealership (dealer #6851) based near Port Charlotte, Florida. This page explains what happens to your information when you contact us — by phone, text, email, through this website, or through Facebook Messenger.
The short version: we collect what we need to answer your question and build and deliver your building. We don't sell your information to anyone.
When you contact us directly. If you call, text, email, or fill out a form on this site, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, the building you're interested in, and your delivery address if you place an order.
When you use our 3D designer. If you build and save a design using the Weather King configurator linked from this site, your design and the contact details you enter are sent to us as a quote request. That tool is operated by Weather King, and their privacy practices apply to it as well.
When you message our Facebook Page. If you send a message to Yoder's Barns on Facebook Messenger, we receive the content of your message and the name and Page-scoped user ID that Facebook provides to businesses you contact. We only receive this if you message us first.
When you browse this site. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this website — which pages get read, where visitors get stuck, and what's worth improving. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to record how you interact with the site, including page views, clicks, scrolling, and general device and browser information. It also captures an approximate location based on your IP address. This is aggregated usage data about behavior on our pages; we are not using it to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with your contact details.
Microsoft processes this information under its own privacy terms. You can read more at Microsoft's privacy statement. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and the site will still work if you do.
This page — the one you're reading — does not run analytics.
We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve them. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
We use an automated assistant to help answer common questions on Messenger — sizes, styles, pricing, delivery areas, and lead times. We want to be straightforward about how it works:

We keep quote requests and conversations for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you — for example, to honor a warranty or answer a question about a building we delivered years ago. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out:
Please tell us how you contacted us originally (Facebook, phone, email, or the website) so we can find your records. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it — for example, records tied to a completed sale.
To delete a Messenger conversation on Facebook's side, you can also remove the conversation from your own inbox and manage what businesses can see in your Facebook settings.
This site and our services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
