Free Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup are FREE within 50 miles of our dealer location. The driver levels your building on-site using treated wood blocks and shims.

Before delivery, make sure:

• At least 4 ft of clearance on all sides of the building
• The truck/trailer can fit — it may be 75+ ft long and 15.6 ft tall
• No low gates, power lines, or cable lines block the path

Drivers won't set a building more than 6 inches off the ground without an extra charge, and they don't trim trees, clear brush, or move fences.

Rent-to-Own — No Credit Check

Yes! We offer rent-to-own with NO credit check and no penalty for early payoff.

It's a simple, quick contract — a popular choice for customers who don't want to pay everything upfront. Ask us for the monthly payment on the building and size you want.

Building Warranty

• 5-year warranty on workmanship
• 40-year warranty on metal roofs
• Limited lifetime warranty against termite damage & fungal decay on pressure-treated materials
• LP Smart Panel siding carries a 5-year 100% labor & replacement feature, plus a 50-year prorated limited warranty on substrate

Built to Last

Every building is hand-built, not mass-produced. Quality features include:

• Ring shank galvanized nails — prevent rust spots
• Doubled wall studs under siding seams for extra strength
• Pressure-treated floor joists set into notched pressure-treated skids
• Key-locked, reinforced 2x4 doors
• Air vents for circulation & temperature control
• Windows are rated for 160 mph winds
• Flood vents available if you are in a flood zone
• We will send you engineer plans and master anchor plans to assist you in obtaining your permit with your city

Wood is a natural material, so minor knots, sap pockets, or small splits are normal and don't affect structural integrity.

Yoder Storage Barns serves Florida. Free delivery covers 50 miles from our location, with per-mile delivery available beyond that.

Timeline

Custom orders take between 3–5 weeks since they're built to your specs. Reach out with the size and style you want and we'll check what's available right now.

Site & Permits

• Permits, setbacks, and anchoring are the customer's responsibility — check with your local codes department or HOA. We will send you everything you need to obtain your permit including engineer plans and master anchor plans to ensure a smooth process with your city.
• For the ground: a level spot is best. We recommend having 4"x16"x16" solid concrete cap blocks on site if your ground isn't level. The driver levels the building at delivery using treated wood blocks/shims — or if you can have a 4 to 6 inch limestone pad, or a cement slab, that works beautifully too!

Local & Regional Delivery

Yes — we're based near Port Charlotte, FL and deliver FREE within 50 miles, covering Punta Gorda, North Port, Englewood, Rotonda West, Venice, Arcadia, Sarasota, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, and Wauchula. Beyond 50 miles, delivery is $5 per mile (one way).

Typical Pricing

Base building prices range from $2,815 to $18,355 depending on style, size, and material (wood vs. metal siding). Small utility sheds start near $2,815; large lofted barns, cabins, and garages run higher.

Choosing a Size

It depends on what you're storing:

• 8x12 or 10x12 — lawn equipment, bikes, small tools
• 10x16 to 12x20 — full workshop, ride-on mower, lots of storage
• 12x24 and up, or a Portable Garage — a vehicle, boat, or large equipment
