Delivery and setup are FREE within 50 miles of Port Charlotte, FL. The driver levels your building on site using treated wood blocks and shims. Beyond 50 miles it’s $5 per mile, one way. 14 ft wide buildings have an added permit and pilot-car fee.
Before delivery, make sure:

Yes. Rent-to-own with no credit check and no penalty for paying it off early. Terms are 36, 48 or 60 months — a shorter term costs more per month and less overall.
To get started it’s a deposit plus your first payment. It’s a simple, quick contract, and a popular choice for people who don’t want to pay for the whole building up front. Ask us and we’ll get you the monthly payment for the building and size you want.
Heavily customized builds sometimes have to be bought outright rather than rent-to-own — we’ll tell you if that applies. More on how rent-to-own works.
Not covered: weather damage (wind, hail, flood), the contents of your building, normal wear, lost keys, glass not reported at delivery, and customer-added modifications.
Ramps, steps and decks you add yourself can void the warranty on that area — buy them from us and it stays intact. If a door or window sticks after the building settles, have the leveling checked first: that’s usually the cause.

Wood is a natural material, so minor knots, sap pockets, or small splits are normal and don't affect structural integrity.

Your building goes into the Weather King shop once the deposit is in, and it’s typically 3–5 weeks from there. We don’t take a payment before you’ve seen a written quote with everything on it.
Before your build has started, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Once it has started, there’s a 15% cancellation fee, worked out on the price of the building, and the rest of what you’ve paid comes back to you. Your building is already being cut and put together to your size, doors and colors by then, so it isn’t something we can simply sell to the next customer.

Absolutely. Pick your siding color, trim, roof color and every door and window. Every option we offer is here, with a price and a picture for each — doors, windows, electrical packages, shelving, work benches, ramps, moisture and radiant barriers, dormers, shutters and flower boxes.

Anything priced by the square foot — moisture barrier, radiant barrier, floor joists — is worked out on the size you pick, and the 3D designer adds it up as you go.
We’re a family-run Weather King dealership based in Port Charlotte. There’s no display lot — nothing is built until it’s somebody’s — but we’d love to give you a tour of the shop, where you can see different styles out in the yard waiting to get painted, roofed and delivered. Base building prices range from $2,368 to $19,835 depending on style, size, and material (wood vs. metal siding). Small utility sheds start near $2,368; large lofted barns, cabins, and garages run higher.
