Every storage shed, lofted barn, cabin, garage, metal building and dog kennel we sell is built to order in Florida and delivered on a truck that sets it on your lot and levels it on treated blocks — free, anywhere within 50 miles of us. That circle takes in all of Charlotte County and most of Sarasota, DeSoto, Lee and Hardee counties.
Permit rules are different in every city and county, so we wrote a page for each of the towns we deliver to most. Each one covers what that permit office asks for, the setbacks that apply to a backyard building, flood-zone notes, and the sizes that keep the paperwork simple.
Past the 50-mile line, delivery is $5 per mile for the extra distance — about $40 to Bradenton, $125 to Sebring, $190 to Okeechobee — and we put the exact number in writing before you order.
