Lehigh Acres has more backyard than almost anywhere else in Lee County — a grid of quarter-acre and half-acre lots, a lot of them with nothing behind the house but grass. There's no display lot. You pick a style and size from the price sheet or design it in 3D, Weather King builds it to your order in about 3–5 weeks, and the driver sets it on treated blocks and levels it. Lehigh still has unpaved streets and low wires in places — tell us about the road and the gate when you order so the driver comes with the right rig.

Yes. Lee County requires a Residential Accessory Structure permit for a shed of any size, and for a pre-built shed it wants the DBPR-approved plans and sealed tie-down details, which we send with the building.
Usually. Tell us about the road, the driveway, any gate and any low wires when you order. The rig can be 75 ft long and over 15 ft tall, and the driver needs 4 ft of clearance around the spot where the building lands.
Yes. The 14-ft-wide utility sheds, lofted barns and garages (up to 14x40) travel with a pilot car, which adds a permit fee for the trip. On Lehigh's half-acre lots they fit the way nothing smaller does.
