Yes! We offer rent-to-own with no credit check and no penalty for early payoff.

Choose from 36-month, 48-month, or 60-month terms. Shorter terms cost more per month but less overall.

To get started it’s a deposit plus your first payment. Nothing is due before you’ve seen a written quote with everything on it.

It’s a simple, quick contract — a popular choice for customers who don’t want to pay everything upfront. Ask us for the monthly payment on the building and size you want, or work out the building itself in our 3D designer.

Heavily customized builds sometimes have to be bought outright rather than rent-to-own. Standard buildings with normal options — even several extra doors and windows — are fine. More on how rent-to-own works.

Your building goes into the shop once the deposit is in, and it’s typically 3–5 weeks from there. Nothing is built ahead of time, so every one is made to the size, doors and colors you picked.

Email us the size, style, and any add-ons you want.
We'll quote a cash price and a rent-to-own monthly payment for 36, 48, or 60-month terms.
Sign a simple rent-to-own contract — no credit check required — or pay in full.
Put the deposit down — 50% buying outright, or 10% plus your first payment on rent-to-own. That’s when your building goes into the shop.
About 3–5 weeks later we deliver and set it up, free within 50 miles of Port Charlotte, FL. If you bought outright, the balance is due then.

Add-On & Delivery Costs

Every option we sell is on one page with the price and a picture of each: see every option we offer — doors, windows, electrical packages, shelving, ramps, moisture and radiant barriers, dormers and shutters.

Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of Port Charlotte, FL; beyond that it’s $5 per mile, one way. 14 ft wide buildings carry an added permit and pilot-car fee. Anything priced by the square foot is worked out on the size you pick, and the 3D designer adds it up as you go.

If You Need to Cancel

Before your build has started, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Once it has started there’s a 15% cancellation fee, worked out on the price of the building, and the rest of what you’ve paid comes back to you. Your building is already being cut and put together to your size, doors and colors by then, so it isn’t something we can simply sell to the next customer.
